SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR FILLING UP SC,ST,OBC & PwBD VACANCIES

The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (The premier Mini-Ratna Government of India Enterprise under Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) invites applications from candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities for filling up following reserved vacancies:

1.Post – General Manager in the functional area of Business Development / Marketing
Pay Scale – Rs.80,000-2,20,000/- (IDA)
No. of vacancies – 02 (OBC)
Upper age limit – 50 years for General (age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and for Ex-servicemen, as per Govt. rules)

Qualification: A Graduate with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution.

2.Post – Deputy General Manager in functional areas of Business Development / Marketing,
Law&Recovery and Civil.
Pay Scale – Rs.70,000-2,00,000/- (IDA)
Total No. of vacancies – 04 (01-SC, 01-ST, 02-OBC)
Upper age limit – 45 years for General (age relaxation of 5 and 3 years for SC/ST and OBC, respectively and for Ex- servicemen, as per Govt. rules)

Qualification: A Graduate with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution.

3.Post – Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Pay Scale – Rs.70,000-2,00,000/- (IDA)
Total No. of vacancies – 03 (01-SC, 02-OBC)
Upper age limit – 45 years for General (age relaxation of 5 and 3 years for SC and OBC, respectively and for Exservicemen, as per Govt. rules)

Qualification: (i) CA / ICWA(CMA) OR (ii) Graduate in Commerce with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Finance /Banking from a recognized University or Institution.

4.Post – Chief Manager in functional areas of Business Development / Marketing , Civil and Mechanical
Pay Scale – Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- (IDA)
Total No. of vacancies – 03 (02-SC, 01-OBC)
Upper age limit – 42 years for General (age relaxation of 5 and 3 years for SC and OBC, respectively and for Exservicemen, as per Govt. rules)

Qualification: A Graduate with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution.

5.Post – Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Pay Scale – Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- (IDA)
No. of vacancy – 01(OBC)
Upper age limit – 42 years for General (age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and for Ex-servicemen, as per Govt. rules)

Qualification: (i) CA / ICWA(CMA) OR (ii) Graduate in Commerce with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Finance / Banking from a recognized University or Institution.

6.Post – Deputy Manager in functional areas of Business Development / Marketing, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Law
Pay Scale – Rs.40,000-1,40,000/- (IDA)
Total No. of vacancies – 12 including 02 Persons with Benchmark Disability (02-SC, 04-ST, 06-OBC)
Upper age limit – 35 years for General
Age relaxation – 5 years for SC/ST – 3 years for OBC – 10 years for SC/ST PwBD 8 years for OBC PwBD – As per Govt. Rules for Ex-servicemen

Qualification: A Graduate with MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution.

7.Post – Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Pay Scale – Rs.40,000-1,40,000/- (IDA)
Total No. of vacancies – 06 including 01 Persons with Benchmark Disability (02-SC, 01-ST, 03-OBC)
Upper age limit – 35 years for General
Age relaxation – 5 years for SC/ST – 3 years for OBC – 10 years for SC/ST PwBD 8 years for OBC PwBD – As per Govt. Rules for Ex-servicemen

Qualification: A Graduate in Commerce with CA / ICWA(CMA) / MBA / PGDBM having specialization in Finance /Banking from a recognized University or Institution.
